Sorry I can't help you with the supply, although you might like to try the long hard way of growing from seed. I have 2 year old bulbs of several species from seed, from both SIGNA and the BIS.

I have found that most junos have reasonable germination rates, but haven't tried the harder ones yet. I actually bought a few bulbs this year and one looks like it will bloom soon. very exciting! They are quite hard to come by in Australia.
