I have grown them for a numer of years
They should be picked when they are fully plump like all other bbs
It would not hurt to pick when the pods start turning yellow
This may be my last year growing them and all other bush beans
The gully warshers we have had this year has almost destroyed them
I may use what seeds I have for fall planting when it should be somewhat drier

pk333111, if you like baby limas you will love the Thorogreen beans. I have a post with pictures of the bush and shelled beans. Take a look see.

Agreed , Thorogreen is among the best green tinted baby limas. This is Cangreen but the two are virtually identical.
