My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Can anyone identify these?

These have been coming up in my parking strip since I bought my house two years ago. They have bulbs, and almost look like lilies or alliums, but they never flower. Last year we tore out at least 100 of them and this year they came back 3 fold. We can't figure out what they are, and obviously are overrunning our parking strip. Any ideas?
