On one of my oriental lilies,a bud has just started to open.My asiatics have at least three unopened buds on them.I know that Orientals bloom AFTER asiatics.

I know it's opening too early because the outside of the bud is still green.And the tips of the petals beginning to unfurl are green too.The color is about half an inch away from the tips.

Has this ever happened to anyone?

Also,i noticed one other thing.The bud just basically stopped opening,and it's at a pause right now.what's up with this.It's what i wanted,but i'm afraid the bud-bloom if just going to drop.
