Most bush variety's only take 60 days. So you should be able to plant them.

Last year, I planted bush beans over the July 4th weekend, and froze enough to last the winter (I'm still eating them). I say go for it. My only reservation would be whether they would survive your mid-summer heat wave.

I have often planted bush and even some pole beans in early July for a late harvest. But then I do not have much 90+ degreeF weather! - Dick
