Are they soaking wet or is the ground just really moist? (i.e., are they in a low spot and what kind of soil do you have?) Lilies can go yellow due to nutrition deficiency and the rain may have washed out the soil pretty good.

But if the soil is really soaking wet and the drainage not that good then you could have a problem. Lily bulbs can't handle being in standing water.

Without more info. I can't give you definitive advice but I can tell you that digging them up and planting later isn't an option, especially this time of year.

If you choose to dig them up you will need to dig them up carefully, to protect the foliage, and with a large amount of soil, to disturb the roots as little as possible, and then replant, either in a higher, drier, better draining, location or in containers.

You could even turn the spot where they are now into a raised bed and lift and replant each lily as you fill up the bed (with a well draining garden mix). That's an ideal set-up for lilies even in seasons without this much rain. So you could get a long term benefit from this seasons difficulties.
