Is this blight on my pole beans.

This is on my Kentuky Wonder (or is it wanderer?) pole beans. This is the worst leaf on all the plants. About half of all the lower leaves are yellowing and/or spotty looking. This is he only one that looks like blight (from what I saw when I googled images). Is this blight or possibly something else? There's nothing eating the plants. I fertilized with 10-10-10 about a week ago. A few lower leaves were yellow then but not nearly as many. The upper leaves are looking good BTW.
