Hey guys, I found a link to a MUCH cheaper HPS sodium light setup in the UK.
But I'm abit suspicious about it, since its supposedly a low bay light for 50 pounds (Nearly all the growlights I've seen are typically 100 at the cheapest).
Always good to hear of sources. I have my own recommendation which is lights4grow@gmail.com which is a Canadian company with good prices that ships to the USA. I have used them and they are very good. They have a nice switchable ballast, the old transformer type which is quiet, along with both metal halide and HPS bulbs included for $139 and the shipping is reasonable. Very versatile which is what I like. They also have those dual bulbs, that is a bulb that has both a metal hallide and a HPS filament. Theyare both on at the same time. The plants seem to love these from my experience because of the very full spectrum. They blug into either a HPS ballast or a dual ballast switched to HPS. Good luck with your growing!
