Nothing (except silk plants!) will survive in a room that's as dark as you are suggesting. Your best bet if you still want to try is a pothos or philodendron, but they would definitely benefit from a florescent bulb being added.

Try English Ivy, it is as good as any for low-light conditions and should be cheap since you might kill it! You'll see within a few weeks whether it is getting enough light.

You would probably be able to grow pothos (devil's ivy) because it does fine in low-light places and it's nearly impossible to kill
