We just moved this year and we inherited a garden with about 100 bearded irises. They're all the same color (a medium purple shade).

I'm new to irises, but not new to gardening and not afraid to try new things so I'm thinking of getting different colors (and perhaps different types of irises) to add in.

What color combinations have you used that you really like? I have a relatively large amount of garden space to work with and could go with 5-6 different shades.
