Seedlings indoors

I am new to this forum and grow mostly hot peppers. I have some floor to ceiling stainless shelves that were probably from a bakery or something. I want to use them for seedlings in late winter/early spring. Wondering what kind of flourescent bulbs to use in regular shop lights. I'm not looking to get fruit from the lights, just a head start for our short growing season in MN.
