Asiatic lilies

For a year or two after I planted them my asiatic lilies were gorgeous. Then little by little they began to degrade. For the past two yrs. I got no blooms on some, I blamed the late frost. The buds were there but never opened. In some areas I get a lot of plants but no flowes. I'm thinking these are the bulblets that have broken off and have grown but are too small to bloom. Can any one suggest something that can revive my lilies to their former glory? I'm about ready to dig them up and chuch them. I've transplanted some of them just to rearrange the color scheme and in some cases they are doing better. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
