Bought six asiatic lillies this spring from a local nursery.

they were all in full bloom when I bought them and all at about 2 feet tall.

I've planted them along our house foundation on the west side. Tney're doing well, but after the blooms died off - they're not generating new blooms although it looks like I have alot of what appear to be bulbous buds that look like they could explode to flowers (I have to confess I've never seen the flower in its form before blooming). However, these 'bulbous buds' never to bud. Is this normal ?

/realizes after reading this that I'm not making much sense.
