I've had LILIES a long time. 10+ years ago I had 2 Lilies which had small bulblets on top of each leaf next to the stem. The "baby bulbs" were 1/4" in size and grew a short root and 1 small leaf. I took these and planted in peat pots and set in the soil. Then I just let them be thru 3 winters at which they grew to full size and bloomed. I had 100+. I sold them from my truck at $8 each in pots all over the place. One was solid orange and the other was very dark red. Anyone know what variety they were. My original stock has died out.
