My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
This year is my first time to plant these. I planted in mid June and they are starting to set beans. Lots and lots of beans. I have that bed slated for broccoli this fall. Just wondering how long the significant harvest of the limas will last.
As long as you keep the plants healthy, they will set well into September. They do cycle. Heavy crop when harvested, then a second flush of blossoms. This goes on for three to four cycles. Other than having some resistance to nematodes, they are identical to Thorogreen.
