Are you growing pole beans or bush variety? If pole what variety. Do you find that beans as a whole do better in fall weather in zone 7 ??

dancinglemons-These are Oregon Sugar Pod 2.They are bush peas in full sun.I get the best production consistently in spring.I start them on average last ten year march 15.I started my fall peas july 28th this year.Last year i started them aug18 and it was too cold in oct. and the blossoms got frost damage.

The oregon sugar pod 2 give you 2 peas in each flower cluster and are resistent to mildew etc. and pretty heat tolerant.

I would recommend them in this area.....

Wow I'm so jealous, what a beautiful garden. The one thing I don't see alot of are weeds.
