I need to know which Lilies have bulblets on the stems that are NOT turkcaps.

I don't know ALL the lily varieties, but I can tell you my experience. In my garden, Asiatics ALWAYS make bulblets on the stem below ground and at ground level, and sometimes above ground if they are stressed. I've seen Orientals make stem bulbs, maybe one or two below ground, rarely above ground (only if stressed). I don't grow enough of any other kinds to judge their bulblet production.
