Lucky Bamboo grows well in water, and you can plant it into pebbles that you keep in water. Be sure to add a very light feeding of nutrients occassionally.

I decided to plant mine in soil rather than change the water all of the time. If your Lucky Bamboo has been growing in water for awhile, you will have to keep the plant well watered for awhile after you plant it in soil. This will give the plant time to adapt.

I used a pot with good drainage holes in the bottom. I also chose a moisture control potting mix and mixed that with orchid bark. My lucky bamboo plants have been growing wonderfully that way.
