One of my asiatic lilies acted severely stunted this summer.I dug it out today to check on the condition of the bulb and it looks like some sort of basal rot.

If I dust what is left of the bulb is it salvageable? There is no brown rot left on this part at all? Plus i have quite a few little bulbs from the scales. If they have no brown rot on them can I plant them also?
