Funny you should should ask this today-- my order for Gold Eagle clone arrived today! It is the clone that you want. I have seen it sold as a strain (similar looking lilies grown from seed) but the one clone that is sold is the best of the bunch. It is available from B and D Lilies in Washington state. It is absolutely one of my favorites. I love how the huge flowers hang down. Your wife has good taste.

Thanks, I'll pass your comment on to her! She saw it in a magazine & usually she asks me about plants that dont do well where we live. We're going to be burying our beloved jack russell terrier tomorrow & I think I will plant the gold eagles by her. Good tribute.

Just ordered them. I'll let you know how they do. Thanks again!
