Had the same thing happen here... it's been a very wet Autumn, with no "Indian Summer" this year. Fortunately, it followed a very dry couple of weeks in September, which allowed most my bean seed to dry.

The beans will probably spoil if you try to dry them, so their best use may be as shellies. Chances are that the decision will be taken out of your hands soon; I just had my hard freeze last night, so it may be on its way to your area as well.
