I am panicking and could use some advice. I did something a little crazy, and bought a tree that was labeled Inaba Shidare at Home Depot before it had leaved out. I was so excited to see it there, and it was such a large tree at such a reasonable price, that I took a chance. Its structure looked correct- upright instead of weeping. Unfortunatly, it is starting to leaf out, and the leaves are green instead of red. Is this its natural spring color, or did I get a mismarked tree? If anyone who grows this tree could let me know, I would really appreciate it.
