My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Maples

Jap Maple ID

Found the following at a local nursery in a 3 gallon pot for $40. I was mislabeled Sango Kaku. The owner had ordered Sango Kakus, but when this lone leafed out, she knew it had been mislabeled but did not know the name. It is about 3'6" by 3', samll leaves with ivory edging and bluish green centers, somewhat twiggy growth habit. Based on what I can find on the internet it seems to Butterfly, but since I have never seen one, I am unsure.
