Esgar-Go against pill bugs

Has any one used Escar-Go against pill bugs? I know it works great against slugs, but the Gardens Alive catalog says it works against pill bugs too. Last year I had a terrible influx of pill bugs and I don't care what they say, pill bugs do destroy young plants.

Fill a 5 gal bucket with water. Add 3 or 4 cups of Sweet n Grow. Stir vigorously. Leave set over night. Pour off the clear liquid into watering can. Thoroughly wet the areas pill bugs are frequenting. Refill the bucket 3 or 4 times. Steve in Baltimore County.

Steve, what is "sweet and grow?"

Kim, I did some googling and found an old gardenweb thread where someone else says that Escar-go kills pillbugs.

I use it religiously against slugs. I don't have serious problems with pillbugs and maybe that's why. My spring lettuce and strawberries in particular were being devoured by slugs until I started using Escar-go. Nothing worse than slimmy lettuce...gross!
