Need opinions on evergreen

Looking for ideas for a small shrub or tree that is evergreen, color doesn't matter. 4-5 ft max height and 2-3ft max width at maturity. Lots of sun. Location against east facing side of tall privacy fence. Unique is a plus. Zone 7. Would like it to be something that is available locally already medium to full grown.

A Dwarf alberta spruce is a nice compact evergreen. I think the tallest they get is about 5-6 feet. Nice cone shape too. I'm also zone 7 and found several of these at Home Depot's garden center.
