My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I get a newsletter from Roots Market/Nest/Bark/Great Sage and this was posted today.

"Roots Olney is looking for a local farmer or gardener with their own truck to pick up a substantial amount of compostable organic fruit and vegetable trimmings and waste from our fabulous produce department every Monday.
