Hi, scross. I have no idea what an abies koreana horstmann's silberlocke is. But I am into rare old heirloom fruit trees, and I don't even try to find them at local nurseries. Have you tried to find it mail-order?

There's a really nice nursery near Frederick, Md that has some unusual trees but I don't know about the abies that you speak of. I've linked the website below so you can email them and ask.
