Mary Anne, sounds OK to me. Geraniums are pretty tough. My favorite one has a big white flower and I make cuttings of it every year. Have one blooming in my attached greenhouse right now. A reassuring sight. Good luck with yours.

I did trim the branches of my geraniums. I couldn't stand thowing out the parts that I cut off with nice green leaves, so I stuck them in the dirt next to the remaining plants. So far they seem to be surviving, with ther leaves growing bigger or more leaves coming out. Most of the main plants with roots remain leafless, but there is one with one bud about the bloom.

If the cuttings I put in dirt takes hold, I will have 3 times as many plants by fall. I will see!
