I ordered from them over the winter but the Blooms Canada I found on the internet was in the Ottawa area (a 613 area code). Their website indicates a local delivery for Ottawa area customers so I don't think they're in North York (suburb of Toronto).

I got an Olive Bailey Langdon and a Lakeside Love Affaire along with a half dozen other perennials. All good plants, good service, I would order from them again.

Hostanista, oops sorry you are correct, its in the Ottawa region. I checked again and the Noth York thing is something called Canada blooms.
Ok this is the same area that I ordered from, but still nothing today!
I ordered from them the mystery box of hostas, but I was allowed to put whichever hostas I wanted. I asked for four in particular, and only one he wouldn't include cuz too expensive. Otherwise he asked me how about this and this or this. I had mentioned which ones I do NOT want and he filled the order accordingly.
The ones I ordered are Captain Kirk, Grand slam, Rainforest sunrise, Pineapple upside down cake, color glory, wolverine, revolution, american halo, abiqua moonbeam, and summer breeze.
I don' have any of these.
This will be only my second order online.

Hi hostacats and hostanista, any success in receiving your orders? I ordered from them April and have received nothing yet after a May 25 ship date. No response from 3 phone messages and 3 emails. Getting worried if they are for real or a scam...thanks for your response.

Blooms.ca is illegitimate. I ordered a floral arrangement and cookies from them to be delivered for a birthday - nothing arrived even the day after the "guaranteed" delivery date. I selected delivery in 1 business day, then they shipped by a 4+ business day method. They will not refund, resend, or even talk to customers - they just blame the shipping company and will do NOTHING. DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!
