Purple Cranesbill

I have had a few Johnson's Blue cranesbill for years and I must have divided and given away too much of it last year. I only see one plant coming back this spring. I am getting married in June and was hoping to float the blooms in my centerpieces. Does anybody have any idea if it will work to collect the few blossoms I would get weekly and refrigate them until the day I need them? Or does anyone have any lilic purple colored (any variety) cranesbills they would like to sell? I am open and would really appreciate any suggestions.

Thanks!
