Last year is the first time I planted a Endless Summer Hydrangea and was not really expecting to see it come up this early this spring. But as of right now, it is probably about 3 inches high. I thought I had read somewhere not to expect to see any new growth from it until June. So maybe there is still some hope for yours. I would think if it had made 2 winters it would be established and not have to worry about it so much. Good luck! Bonnie

Mine are all growing right now. I do have one that is slower than the rest and just starting to leaf out. Keep them watered and give it a few more weeks..

Mine is growning. The frost may have touched it a little a few days ago but it seems fine. This is the second year (I planted it last year). I threw a bunch of leaves over it before winter to help protect it. I agree to water and wait some more.

I will keep waiting, and hoping that this four day rain we are having will bring them both back to life, so far they look pretty dead. I also put leaves over them this winter. I was having lunch a few days ago and out of the 6 of us 5 of us hd planted the ES. Three of us had them in for this would be the 3rd. summer. The other two had planted them last year. The two that had planted them last summer had some growth on theirs, the three of us that will be on our third summer were all finding no growth at all. Weird huh. It's too bad if they die this year, since now the one year warrenty is over. I know on this forum some are having good luck with the ES. My personal experience with them and all the friends and neighbors and others I know is these plants really suck.

Mine is in it's third year and to end my frustration it might just end up being dug out. So far this year it is about 3/4 " tall. Last summer I had two tiny flowers on a 10 or 12" plant.
