Hey Steve , I am still waiting for rain. HAve pulled out about 1/4 of my tomatoes and most of my cukes as they do not do well in drought and I have too much garden to water. Everything is pretty much on its own for survival except for maybe a few perennials that I am keeping in pots on the patio.

No we do not have a well. we are on city water. that last time I attempted to "save" my veggies my water bill was $200 higher than normal. I do not think I get enough veggies to break even at that point.

I may have to spring for a soaker hose but am not sure they are woth the money.
