Move it. Even if it only grows as large as the average (15'), it is too close. You want to allow a minimum of 1/2 the mature canopy spread or 7.5' but more is better.

As is often the case with such cultivars narrow shape is not maintained over time. Will probably also become tall eventually. Meanwhile many here have been displaying awful mildew during recent summers in my area. Then there is the matter of it being a Norway maple - if it starts fruiting large numbers of seedlings may appear.
