I'll be happy to be Grand Poobah, for another fall swap at Black Hill Regional Park. Sundays would be better, but Saturdays will work too.

Great! We have a small consensus. Sunday 9/19 or 9/26 at BHRP at 10am. And this year, we really should rent a pavilion. I think it is $250. With 10 of us it is $25 each. How does that sound? Oh and 19th or 26th?

A small shelter (for 40 people) is $275, and, um, well, alas, although I definitely understand how even much nicer the swap would be in a shelter, well, um...

I'm afraid that $25 a person just to have a pavillion is a little out of my comfort zone too. I'm willing to bring my 6 foot table to hold food.

Actually a second thought, if we are only going to be 10 people, we could probably hold the swap at somebody's house

How many people are coming, for sure?

I do not have enough parking for more than about five people at my house, across the lake from Black Hill Park, but there is enough parking in a lot (unused on weekends) about 30 yards away for 19 or 20 cars. People could use the bathroom at my house (within limits :-) -- we're on septic), and we could have lunch in the back yard, with or without Kim's table. I'm not sure what the advantage of this would be over Black Hill Park, except that I wouldn't have to drive :-).
