I have to be there between 9:00 and 9:30 to meet the park employee who opens up the restrooms and turns on the electricity. You can show up anytime after that and help set up! Actually, I guess the "official" time would be 10:00.

Last year folks showed up at 10am and after. Things winded up after 3:30PM.
