I'd love to see it. I use Photobucket to post pics here but there are a number of image hosting sites that you can use. I keep my boug in full sun, rarely feed it and only water it when the foliage starts loooking wilted. Mine is in color all season.

Here's a picture of it as it looks now..couldn't find the one that had the one navy blue flower bract that it is rarely shown.

That foliage is just beautiful. I can imagine how spectacular that must be when it colors up. Let me know if you ever take cuttings of your plant.

What makes it more spectacular is the rare blue bracts. I wish I could find that one picture I had. I've tried to propagate it to no success. I'm not saying it can't be done, but I find propagating any Bougainvillea's are difficult.

I have different bougainvillea that bloom just fine, but all I do is leave them out in the sun and water daily in hot weather.

They are pink and purple, that's all I know.

They usually flower at least once overwinter in my sunroom.
Though naturally they're much happier when I can leave them outdoors all the time in April.

I finally found the one picture I took a about 3 years ago late sept that had what is suppose to be a navy blue bract, which is known to have...but it hasn't bloomed for me ever since...just variegated leaves. There is one section that the leaves are almost completely plain, which is odd, considering that this is the variegated type.

I suggest you cut out the all green part. It is not unusual for variegated plants to try to revert to all green. The green part is more vigorous and will eventually take over if you don't cut it out.

I have a 'Raspberry Ice' variegated bougie. I love the foliage, but it doesn't bloom much at all for me. But at least it's something pretty that I can put in a hanging basket on my hot, west-facing deck without having to constantly water it.
