michele, sometimes you just have to wait, but there are a few cultural techniques you can use to try and move things along. One is root pruning--search the forums or google for a description. Also, could try hard pruning of vines to try and shock it into blooming. Last, don't fertilize; too much nitrogen encourages green growth and expense of flowering. HTH
