Onions

I have a very naughty golden retriever. Today, while she was out doing her business, she decided to roll around in my garden.

She didn't cause a lot of damage, but she did roll right over my onions and broke off and smashed a lot of their tops. Will the onions continue to grow, or will I need to start over?
