hi there, rosesecretgarden. a few flowers i am currently growing this season that will bloom in the dark moontime are Ipomoea alba (moon vine) and Datura inoxia (moon flower). The first is a relative to the climbing morning glory, so you can expect it to be a vigorous climber. Its large white flower will actually bloom at night. (You can find this seed easily at Lowes.) The second is a shrubby plant that also boasts a fragrant white flower. Can't go wrong with these!

If you're looking for some herbs that are associated with the moon check out Artemisia vulgaris (mugwort) and absinthium (wormwood). They may not have the best smelling flowers, but the energies of these plants is very connected with the moon. You can keep them on the edge of the garden to repel pests as well.

I think I saw a datura plant when I went to Wisconsin last September. The reason I was able to identify it was a datura plant is because of the seeds it was scattering on the ground. It was color brown but not dark.

Anyways, I tried wintersowing the seeds last March but they just rotted just like what happened back in 2008. I've been dying to have this plant but none for 2 years. :(

How can I grow them? Should I grow them like how I grow moonflower vine?
