hi, i live in canada. i have planted a moon flower. i have been told that i will have to dig up this flower in the fall. if this is true, then can you give me any information on what to do with this flower till next year.

My Secret Garden: try hemp string...it will last the summer season for you, be an easy fix & the vines love to grab ahold of it...both vines tend to climb about any surface fairly easy (as long as there is something for the vine to wind around).

Cindylee Grow: it is true that this vine is an annual for most of us. This is my first year growing it,I haven't decided if I'll dig mine up or not...If I do, I'll pot it up in a large pot (one that I'll keep it in next summer)...cut back the growth to a minimum and lightly water it on occasion and keep it stored in my shed with my other annuals...have had great success with them.
