Betty's Azalea Ranch has Hydrangeas at 40% off and Hollies at 30% off. I also saw both Hydrangeas and 'Nellie Stevens' at Potomac Garden Center (50% off), but it was a couple of weeks ago. You can call them at (301) 948-8890.

I have seen the hollies (good size) at "New Horizon's" nursery (I think that's the name,) on Rt. 198 in Spencerville. There is usually a stack of fireplace wood in the front and some trees, the good stuff is all in the back. I have bought from them before and they are very good (they are about 1/4 mile from the Turf Farm, on the same side of the road, between new Hampshire Avenue and Good Hope Road). Good luck.

I was at Stadlers and Johnson's on route 108 in Olney/Laytonsville last week - one of them had some at 50% off - BTW, stadler had some great ornamental stuff left at up to 90% percent off - I got a $300 plant there for $30 bucks!
