My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

jelly & honey time

Time to get in gear folks! The time to make herbal jellies and honeys is now! I had a bunch of anise hyssop stewing in honey for about a month, just took the herb out and I think it's the best batch I've made!

BTW, anybody use receipe book software? Can you recommend one? I'm planning a family cookbook for Christmas - everyone is on line!
