Nope! I usually start in late Jan. and go thru early march. I do my perennials first and my annuals last. Most perennials need to be frozen for some period of time, and I don't want my annuals to sprout too soon.

I'm not a Marylander, but I have about 30 containers out back buried in the snow. Like you, I started with the perennials that require a cold period, and work backwards to the ones that don't. I'll be sowing a few containers a week until March.
