Florence is a semi filet bean that always does well for me.

My absolute favorite for several years has been Maxibell. You can get it from Jung's Seed catalog. High yields of long straight beans with small seeds/beans.

Hi There- I dont know if you are still monitoring this thread, but I have had wonderful results with Masai from pinetree seeds. They grow fast, have a heavy set and ripen all at once, that way you can pull the plant and put something else in there.

We just ate some Maxibell beans I froze from last summer...they were delicious. I know I'm going with them again this year....
