Beautiful garden! What is the light blue plant in front of what I think are May night salvia and delphinium? Is it a campanula?

Thanks everyone, we've been working hard this year because we had to cut down 6 elms (near the green birdbath) last fall which left us with a LOT more sun in our yard. This is both a good and bad thing in that it means more sunny plants but alot more work (as you all know) What I was referring to by the cubist thing was that in that particular garden I was so excited to have a new spot to put things in (and buy things for) in the spring that I think I crammed too much in.

I also spread alot of annual seeds in between so things are full to bursting. I was trying to go for the cottage garden controlled chaos and ended up with a little just plain chaos. It's very fun to see what's blooming every morning though. this morning it's shirley poppies, which I asked people about growing last winter on this forum.

The light blue flower is a delphinium too, just one that got hit by the rain and I haven't had the heart to cut him off yet. I think it's sky blue. He'll rebloom in about a month and I'll take a better photo.
