Who is getting or not getting rain today?

It was pretty dry last night, but I held off watering my veggie garden because of the chance of rain overnight and today. At 10:30 this morning, we'd had about 3/10s of an inch and now, at almost 1:30 pm, we've had about an inch and a half and looking good for more throughout the rest of the day. I just heard thunder a few minutes ago - hopefully that means more rain rather then hail! How's everyone else doing for rain today?

Absolutely dry as a bone here in north central MN....grass is crackily.

The rain started Friday night and lasted until dawn on Saturday morning in the Marshall area. The weather service said we got close to an inch but I measured about 2 inches. This is our first significant rainfall since late June.

Only 1/3 inch in east metro. I appreciated the cloudy, cooler weather all the same. Still, I had to water the plant beds again.
