I am looking for a garden center in Lake County, IL with salespeople that can help me make equipment-type purchases for my garden--things like hoses, sprinklers, hose connectors, etc. It seems that when I go to some garden centers or even Home Depot, there's not much of a selection, and no one can advise me on equipment-type purchases. They all are kind of blank-starey in that department. I live in Chicago, but I am driving to Lake County 3-4 times each week, so I figure I might find garden centers there with better selection and more informed salespeople than I would in Chicago. Does anyone know of any? Thanks!
