I'm not even close (Andover)but welcome back,, That might be a zone 3 but I would push for zone 4 plants,, so many of them are real hardy..but,
Why in the world would you want to come back to a zone 4,, I would love to be down there,, sooooo much more to play with...

Actually Moorhead is along the Red River and in zone 4. I don't live there, I am about 100 miles north yet. But I am in zone 3b on the edge of zone 4.

My in-laws live in or around the Fargo/Moorhead area and we get up there a couple of times a year. Since they live in the Redriver Valley they have the best dirt around. You shouldn't have a hard time planting anything for zone 4. My mother in-law grew nothing put peonies until I bought her a hibiscus plant. She loved it so much that she bought herself one and now sends me pictures of the giant blooms.
