Tammy, want to apologize for not getting back to you on my contributions for the swap! You know what? I've been so blasted busy I honestly had the *WRONG DATE* on my calender and thought it was this coming Saturday - not that it mattered a bit as my folks came into town this weekend! I still need to thin these irises - very old fashioned ones - so if anyone wishes some do let me know!

I had fun hosting and was glad my other half-Gary participated. Glad the regulars showed up as well as the new gardners. There was plenty of plants to go around. Also the food was outstanding. I am thinking the food is almost as good as the free plants.

I too had a great time. Tammy's garden is incredible. Dave and Tammy gave me a nice tour. I am very excited about the plants I got - still have a few needs to be planted. I am so looking forward to next season to see what they will become.

Thanks so much for opening your home for the swap. What a nice home! Still remember the sweet scent from that rose bush near the front of the house.

BTW, the Brug cutting you gave me is showing white tiny bumps near the bottom 2" of the stem. Hoping those are the beginning of the roots.
