It's been raining here so much the ground never gets a chance to dry. I have a rose, a couple perennials & a few annuals I picked up late. Do you think it would be OK to dig a hole, fill with bagged potting soil & peat moss and get at least the perennials & annuals in? The rose looks pretty good yet; may be able to hold it off awhile. More rain forcasted. Ugh!
